Our Story

Spiritual SunDaze began as a community-focused initiative aimed at integrating holistic wellness practices into daily life. Over time, it has evolved into a platform offering workshops, events, and resources that promote healing, connection, and self-care. The goal remains to empower individuals to achieve balance and well-being through mindful living.

Through collaborations with organizations like Kinetic Works, Smart Start of Mecklenburg County, and Atrium Health at the McCrory YMCA, Spiritual SunDaze has expanded its reach, providing diverse wellness experiences to a broader community. These partnerships have facilitated events such as the Men’s Wellness Event, offering tailored practices to support men's mental and physical health.

Looking ahead, Spiritual SunDaze aims to continue fostering a supportive environment where individuals can explore holistic practices, build meaningful connections, and prioritize self-care, contributing to a healthier and more balanced community.

In addition to these collaborations, Spiritual SunDaze has its roots in the work of SheOrgasms, a wellness brand focused on empowering women through sexual health education and products. This foundation has allowed for the integration of sexual wellness into the holistic approach of Spiritual SunDaze, offering workshops and resources that address the mind-body connection in a comprehensive manner.
